Carolyn has held numerous retreats and large events since 1991! Her retreats have been held in various locations around the island of Newfoundland, such as scenic Pouch Cove, Humber Valley Resort, Port Blandford, Bauline East (Southern Shore), the Exploits River at Grand Falls-Windsor and Little Harbour.
Trainings & Workshops
Reiki Training
Carolyn offers Reiki training for those who wish to become Reiki Practitioners. Styles offered include: Holy Fire III, Usui, & Karuna. Levels I, II, Advanced Practitioner & Master level.
Follow-up/practice workshops and Reiki shares are also offered for those already trained.

TRE™ Provider Certification Training
Carolyn offers training to become a Globally Certified TRE™ Provider. This training involves 3 training modules and a supervised internship. Competency standards must be achieved/passed to be certified. The process takes approximately one year.
