Mystery Yoga Retreat!
December 1, 2018 (8am – 5pm)

This Yoga Retreat was a full day of Yoga held at an undisclosed location! The “mystery” location was scenic Pouch Cove. Hosted by Carolyn this Yoga Retreat included: Round trip transportation, Hatha Yoga, Neurogenic Yoga, Yoga Nidra, self-awareness exercises, relaxation techniques, incredible art, a beautiful space on the ocean, surprise gifts and nutritious beverages/snacks.
